Welcome to Abalos Exclusive! These terms of purchase apply when you as a customer shop from our website. By making a purchase, you agree to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, and the updated terms and conditions will be published on our website.
2. Ordering
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service. We reserve the right for any final sales and price adjustments.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We accept payment by card, Klarna, apple pay and PayPal. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
4. Delivery and shipping
We offer delivery within Sweden. Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days. The shipping cost is shown at checkout. In the event of delays due to the transport company, we are not responsible for this.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Contact our customer service for return handling.
